Delete your account and data

From inside the app

1. 1Open the app and go to Profile › Settings.
2. 2At the bottom, tap "Delete account".
3. 3To confirm, type the word "delete" and tap "Delete permanently".

What is deleted

Your profile, username and every photo you shared are deleted for good.

If you're in a shared home, the pets' health record and reminders stay with the other members, so the pet's history isn't lost.

More detail, including how long some records are kept, is in the privacy policy.

If you can't reach the app

From the email address you signed up with, write to support and ask for your account to be deleted. For your account's safety, we only act on a request from that same address.
