1. What these terms cover

MiloPet is an app for caring for pets and sharing their moments. These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Rules.

2. Your account

  • One account per person. What you tell us must be true.
  • Keep your email and password safe. If you think someone else got in, ask support to sign you out everywhere.
  • A role you pick (e.g. "vet" or "pet shop") is self-declared. Only the verified badge is our statement.

3. Reminders and health information do not replace a vet

The care plan follows general, published veterinary guidelines. It is for reminding and education, not diagnosis or treatment. Agree vaccines, medicines and any treatment with your own vet; in an emergency go to a vet directly. Full text: Veterinary disclaimer.

Reminders are scheduled on your phone and may arrive late or not at all because of phone settings (such as battery optimisation). Do not rely on the app alone for anything critical.

4. What you post

  • Your photos, posts, moments and comments remain yours.
  • By posting you let us store, display and resize them to run the app — only for that, and only until you delete them.
  • Post only what you have the right to post.
  • Content that breaks the Community Rules may be hidden or removed.

5. Households

People you invite to your household can see and change the pets, reminders and health records you entered. Invite only people you trust. Anyone can leave a household at any time.

6. When the rules are broken

We may hide or remove content, warn you, pause posting for a while, or close an account — and we always tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, appeal in the app; someone other than the first decision-maker reviews it. Even if your account is closed, the reminders already on your phone keep working.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Your personal data and published content are erased. If you are in a household, the pets' care records stay with the other members. Details in the Privacy Policy.

8. Price

MiloPet is currently free. If a paid part is ever added, its terms will be clear before any payment.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for harm caused by relying only on the app's reminders or general information instead of consulting a vet.

10. Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you in the app before the change applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
